Jon and Lauren met in an African American Studies class at MSU Denver. Lauren was lucky to be enrolled in the already overbooked class while Jon later found out it was a class that he didn't need to take. Needless to say, it was a miracle. Lauren flirted her best but it was lost on Jon's sweet oblivion. After the semester came to an end, Jon finally put Lauren out of her misery and asked her out on a date. The rest is, as they say, history. Jon made quick work of locking down his newly acquired love. After a short courtship Jon made the move to a more permanent situation. Greek food and a painting of a lifetime turned an ordinary Wednesday night into a night they would never forget. Thanks to some help from Metro Frame Works, Lauren said yes and Jon was thrilled. |

After the wedding Lauren and Jon are planning a big move to Tallahassee, FL so Jon can attend graduate school at Florida State University. Wish them luck on their new adventure!
This is only the beginning and they will be sharing their adventures on this blog far after the wedding. Stay tuned for furry friends and maybe even a kid or two.
